About us
The Honeysuckle at Union Grove Farm is a stunning event and retreat venue founded by the Honeysuckle and Union Grove Farms. Nestled in Hillsborough, NC, our 20-acre property features beautiful farmland, picturesque ponds, and a majestic regenerative vineyard at Union Grove Farm.
Our mission is to craft unique events and experiences while nurturing the ecosystems across our farms. We are passionate about regenerative hospitality, agritourism, and being faithful stewards of the land. We also proudly share our space with the Center for Regenerative Agriculture at Union Grove Farm, which is dedicated to providing education and leadership in regenerative farming practices, helping shape the future of sustainable agriculture.

Versatile Event and Meeting Spaces
Our charming barn-shaped building, equipped with all modern conveniences, stands proudly in the heart of the farm. This versatile space is perfect for weddings and private events, conferences, team retreats, workshops and corporate meetings. Our spaces offer the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities.
Experiences
We offer more than just event and meeting space.
Special experiences include farm tours on electric buggies or a tractor pulled hay ride, bonfires, wine and/or tea tastings and even…sheep herding!

We are just a 20 minute ride from Durham, 15 minutes from downtown Chapel Hill and less than 30 minutes from RTP/RDU.
We boast indoor/outdoor access, ample parking surrounded by acres of nature and farmland.
